Collection: Indoor/Outdoor Arena Bookings & Drop in Payments

THE OUTDOOR ARENA IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR DROP IN RIDING, OPEN RIDING AND PRIVATE BOOKINGS!!! INDOOR ARENA IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

With use of the YAS outdoor arena increasing lately, there has been some confusion on how to do bookings. Private bookings and payments are fully self- service through the YAS website. There is no need to contact an admin to book.

As a reminder, private bookings MUST be booked 12 hours in advance. They also must be cancelled 12 hours prior to booking in order to receive a refund. The website WILL not let you book or cancel within this timeline.

There are 2 types of arena uses...bookings and open riding (drop in's). Bookings are a private rental, ie. you are renting the space for exclusive use for yourself or your party. Cost is $12.50/half hour. When booking, select 1 or more slots of time before checking out (ie. to book an hour - you have to choose 2 time slots back to back and pay $25 at checkout).

Open Riding are weekly times that are reserved by YAS for drop in riding only and cannot be booked. This is so people do not have to check the calendar before hauling. If you drop in, you need to pay the $15/horse fee on the website. Drop ins can also be done anytime the arena is available.

Drop ins can not be done if there is a booking. Please ensure to CHECK THE WEBSITE CALENDAR for availability BEFORE YOU HAUL, as it could be privately booked and you may not be able to ride when you arrive.

YAS annual memberships are required for every rider over 18. If a rider is under 18, a parent must purchase a membership. You will need to pay and fill out the form on the website. Cost is $20 and all memberships expire Sept 30th of every year. This is a one time expense each year. Any issues, please use the Contact Us button on the website. Thank you!
